Here is who we are looking for, which should go in the email:

Welcome Committee Chair
Send the PTO welcome packet to new Central families each month. Time: Approx 1 hr/month

School Supply Chair
Work with school office to get supply lists and find appropriate vendor to work with to supply product. Time commitment: 5 hours, Fall and after spring break.

Talent Show Volunteers
Help during student auditions/work sessions and day of show. (date of show is April 20)

5th Grade Picnic/T-shirts Chair
Organize the 5th grade picnic and get t-shirts printed for the 5th grade class. Time commitment: 5-10 hours + picnic (date of picnic May 26)

Field Day Chair
Work with PE teacher to organize and plan school wide field day event. Coordinate volunteers. Time commitment: 6 hours, some during school. April-May (event is May 25)
